We Give You Money Back at Closing
When you buy a home with us, we give you part of our commission as a credit at closing. This credit helps pay for things like closing costs, taxes, insurance, lender fees, and more—things you would normally have to pay yourself. That means you bring less money to the closing table. It's like putting extra cash back in your pocket.

Important to Know:
By law, all money we give you must be shown on your closing paperwork and approved by your lender. We can’t give you the money outside of the closing. This is a rule from the state of Texas and the government, and we always follow it.
